Authors whose abstract was accepted by the scientific board registered as presenters and were listed in the programme for their session or poster area.
Registration
Joining the symposium
Participation in the symposium required registration. A registration fee applied to attendees, and the fee schedule and payment arrangements were published by the symposium secretariat together with the operations office.
The programme distinguished between two groups of participants. Those presenting a paper or a poster, and those attending as listeners. Both groups registered for the event, and the distinction is reflected in the ministry guidance on attendance at scientific meetings.
Listeners and accompanying delegates
Colleagues attending without a presentation registered as listeners and took part in the keynote addresses, panels and open sessions.
Accommodation packages
Room and board were coordinated separately from registration through the operations office, at the Mirada Del Mar Hotel in Kemer.
